Custom builds · audit first · never customer-facing

Back-office desks, built for your office — not sold off a shelf.

SummitCited's main work is AI search visibility — getting named when a customer asks an engine who to call. This page is the second thing: back-office desks your office operates and your customers never see. We can build any desk on this page — and we build them one office at a time, customized to how your business actually runs, on an as-needed basis. What we don't do is sell you one on the way in: every desk engagement starts with a business audit, because the desk you came for isn't always the one that moves your numbers — and when a different one would do more for your growth, we'll recommend that one instead, or tell you plainly that you don't need one yet.

HubSpot and SurveyMonkey surveyed 1,800 business leaders and 15,000 consumers across seven markets (August 2025): 82% of customers prefer human support even when the wait and the outcome are identical, and 53% actively dislike AI in service interactions. That result is why our rule is exact: no AI conducts a conversation with a customer. Every desk here is operated by your office, for your office.

The audit comes before the quote, on purpose.

A desk is priced off what it actually removes from your books, which means the quote can't come before your number — so there's no price list here. Instead there's a short business audit: we look at where the hours and fees actually go, confirm the desk you want would pay for itself, and say so plainly when it wouldn't. Sometimes the audit points at a different desk than the one you asked about; we'll recommend that one, even when it's the cheaper build. Tell us which desk your office would use and what that job costs you today — in fees, in a subscription, or in the hours of whoever gets stuck with it. That number is where the audit starts.

Four fields below. Clicking any desk above drops it straight into the form.

No newsletter, no list, no third-party form service — this goes straight to our inbox. This is not an order and there is nothing to pay — the next step is a conversation and a business audit, not an invoice. Texts are optional and only sent if you tick the box above.

Custom software

We build software for our own businesses first. Then we build yours.

Four systems run our own companies today, because the off-the-shelf option was wrong for the job. They are not for sale and there is no signup. They are the reason we can be specific about what software actually costs to own — and the proof that we build things a working office uses every day, not demos.

In daily use

Roofing CRM

A JobNimbus replacement running a working roofing company's day — retail and insurance pipelines, canvassing with satellite maps, estimates, proposals, e-signature, and invoicing.

In daily use

Sales & marketing CRM

Replaced our GoHighLevel subscription outright. Contacts, pipelines, email and SMS sequences, calling, and reporting — self-hosted, so the data stays where we put it.

In daily use

Field-service CRM

Price book and dispatch board for a working irrigation company, built around a pricing rule the big field-service platforms model wrong and techs pay for.

What we sell is the build, not the tool. If your office needs a CRM, an agent, or an internal tool that no product fits, we scope it after a business audit and build it fresh, on your accounts and your stack. You own what we build — the code, the data, the hosting — and nothing we run for ourselves gets copied into it. If a stock CRM fits you, we'll tell you to buy the stock CRM.

No price on this page, on purpose: a build is quoted after the audit, once we know what it has to do and what it replaces. Every desk above follows the same rule, and the same rule about conversations — no AI we build talks to your customers.
