The Conversation · 15 or 30 minutes, no charge

Most calls open with a slide deck. This one opens with your market.

Checked before you pick up the phone. Take a 15-minute read or a 30-minute working session; before either, we run buyer questions from your trade through the engines and see who they name in your town. You get two or three findings about your own business, on screen, and you keep them whether you hire us or not.

Phone or video, your choice. Nothing to prepare — the homework is on our side.

The short version

What happens on a SummitCited strategy call?

The strategy call is a 15- or 30-minute conversation grounded in a real review of your own market, at no charge. Take 15 minutes for the finding and what it means, or 30 to also map priorities and next steps. Before either call, SummitCited runs buyer questions from your trade through the AI engines and records who gets named in your service area — so the call starts with something specific about you instead of a general warning about AI.

Both sides of it

Is the strategy call a sales call?

It is honest about being both a briefing and a doorway. Here is the deal on each side, stated up front so neither of us spends thirty minutes finding out.

What you get, no matter what

  • Your market checked before the call — real engine answers from your town, not generalities about AI
  • Two or three findings about your own business, shown on screen while you watch
  • The order we would fix things in, including the parts we would leave alone
  • All of it yours to act on afterwards, with us or without us

What we won't do

  • Read you a slide deck
  • Invent a deadline, or hold the findings back until you buy something
  • Pretend every business needs the full package — plenty of these calls end at "start with the $99 audit," and some end at "nothing yet, call us in six months"
  • Follow up more than once after a no
Fit, before the calendar

Who should book this call?

We take a limited number of clients at a time and do the work ourselves, so it costs us both less to be blunt about fit now than on the call.

Book it if

  • You run a service business that sells to people in a defined town or county
  • The work is genuinely good and the reviews say so — visibility work amplifies what is already true, it does not paper over anything
  • You have never checked what ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI say when someone asks who to hire in your trade
  • Somebody in the business can make a decision without three rounds of committee

Skip it if

  • You want a specific ranking promised. No one can promise that, and anyone who does is selling you something else
  • You need the phone to ring next week — this is foundation work that reads over weeks and quarters, not days
  • You are looking for an AI that answers your calls or texts customers back. We do not build that, on purpose: no AI conducts a conversation with a customer
  • You would rather have activity reports than a number you can check
Before you book

What do owners ask about the call?

Do I need to prepare anything for the strategy call?

No. The preparation happens on our side: before the call we sweep your market — how AI engines answer a handful of buyer questions in your trade, and where you and your competitors show up. You just need to know your own business, which you already do.

Is the strategy call a sales call?

It is honest about being both. You get two or three real findings about your visibility that are yours to keep whatever you decide. If the findings point to work worth doing, we will say what that would look like and what it costs — plainly, once, without pressure. Many calls end with a recommendation to start with the $99 audit or to do nothing yet.

How do I book the strategy call?

Choose a live time and either a 15- or 30-minute call on the SummitCited booking calendar. Tell us your business name, trade and service area; phone or video is your choice.

Can I book a call from anywhere in the US?

Yes. The market sweep and the audit are both run remotely, so the call works the same for any service business in any US market — we review your town, not a sample one.

Why does the call cost nothing when the audit costs $99?

They are different depths. The call is grounded in a quick sweep of a handful of questions, enough to make the conversation specific. The audit is the full instrument: twelve questions across three engines, every answer kept on file and dated, scored and written up with a fix list in priority order. The call tells you whether to care. The audit tells you exactly where you stand, and it is credited in full toward any package within 30 days.

What if I already have a marketing company?

Then bring them, or bring what they send you. Most agency reporting covers search rankings, ad spend and posts published — useful, and none of it measures whether an AI engine names you when a customer asks who to hire. Plenty of owners take the findings straight back to the company they already pay and have them do the work. The fix list reads the same either way.

How much follow-up should I expect afterwards?

One message. If the answer is no or not yet, that is the end of it — you keep the findings and we go away. We would rather you call us in six months than screen our number for the next six.
